Private Blood Tests

We provide a variety of standard medical blood tests to help with the management of your health, at a cost that is very competitive compared to most private medical clinics. We can provide more specialist tests in addition to the common ones outlined below, so if you cannot see the test you are interested in then please send us a message to tell us what you are looking for. Our intention in providing this service is to help you obtain the tests that you want with no obstructions, as fast as possible. All measures in the tests below can be obtained individually if required.

The female hormone profile measures LH, FSH, Prolactin and Estrogen (Oestradiol).

Antimullerian Hormone (AMH)

The menopause profile meaures FSH, LH, Estrogen (Oestradiol), and thyroid hormones TSH and FT4.

The osteoporosis profile measures Alkaline Phosphatase, Calcium, Albumin, Phosphate, Serum Crosslaps and Vitamin D.

The Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome profile measures Testosterone, TSH, Glucose, HbA1C, FSH, DHEAs, Insulin, LH, 17 Hydroxyprogesterone, Prolactin, Cortisol, AMH, Androstenedione, SHBG and includes a basic Lipid proile as well (a fasting 9am sample is recommended).

The male infertility profile measures FSH, LH, Testosterone, SHBG and Prolactin.

The andropause profile measures FSH, LH, Testosterone, SHBG and DHEA sulphate.

The pituitary function profile measures TSH, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Growth Hormone and Cortisol (need to note time of day when test taken, and rest for 30mins before sample taken).

The thyroid profile measures TSH, FT3 and FT4.

The lipid profile measures Triglycerides and Cholesterol (HDL and LDL).

The UK allergy profile measures total IgE with individual IgE allergens for: foods (cod, cow's milk, egg white, soya bean, peanut, wheat), grasses (cocksfoot, meadow, meadow fescue, rye, timothy), and cat dander, dog dander, cladosporum herbarum, house dust mite and latex.

The mineral profile measures levels of Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Chromium and Manganese.

The liver function profile measures Bilirubin, Total protein, ALT, AST, Alkaline Phos, Albumin, Globulin and Gamma-GT.
